It is a cool mod that has been around for awhile. There is a free way to accomplish the same thing (as posted above) and another source that has been selling the plug n play harness prior to the one in the video. Spot Lamp Low Speed Override Adapter — Boosted GreyGoose Designs
I'm not sure if the guy who made the video gets a kick back, but his comments to those who don't see the value in the product seemed kinda odd.

I didn't watch the video play, but I clicked around to different points to see if he ever changed his gloves. It appears he's more into keeping his hands clean than he is keeping customers' vehicles clean. The video is more important than grabbing other peoples' property with his oily gloves. Friggin' clown.
