Power Windows

Had an aftermarket CD player installed yesterday. Now, I noticed the power windows are always 'hot', that is, the ignition does not need to be On or on Accessory.

Could they have fubared the wiring?

Update . . . just noticed that when I went out to start vehicle, the power windows were no hot without the On or Accessory.
Could there be a delay to allow windows to be shut after you shut off the engine?

How long?

On my 96, the windows remain powered after you shut off the engine until you open a door, then they're dead until the key is switched to "on" or "acc". It's for the reason you said.
