Yes I get it on my lap top also. I sometimes I have to wait a few sec or do the "I am a human" pic a picture thing. Or I get a message that I took to long. So I just close it and click right back on and it goes thru. Yes annoying and hope they fix it soon, cause I ain't got time for that".
Just for future reference, this usually happens when a web host is experiencing a malicious attack of some sort. Two common causes for this is a malicious actor running an automated attack of some sort (cracking passwords, trying a list of possible account credentials, or other exploits) which results in a high server load/use of bandwidth, or a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack in which you hit a target with so much traffic it crashes the target/keeps it from being able to function (sometimes the goal is to crash it so you can implement an exploit before all of the services can come back up).
CloudFlare is the big name is mitigating these types of attacks, and they are also the big name in caching/content delivery networks (they make websites fast and secure).
