just did the oil cooler, it's dry, It was the 1st thing i thought of! But this is leaking at the dust cover, so likely turbo pedestal, but will investigate as it warms up a little!
Pedestal o-rings would be my next guess. The ones between the turbo and pedestal you should be able to see a leak. The bottom ones between the pedestal and block no.

If that's the case, this thread may be of interest.
Check your HPOP line fittings on the heads. The passenger side of mine was oozing and running down to the plenum cover, then toward the back of the engine and down the drain in the valley. I thought it was a pedestal o-ring for months and put off fixing it. I finally bought a scope camera and saw the pedestal was dry, then I saw the oil oozing out of the HPOP head fitting. 1/8 a turn and it has been good to go for months.
Check the easy stuff first, sometimes you get lucky.

The White Rogers/Stancor unit from Diesel-O-Rings has been a tried and true replacement, but it is oversized and requires a bit of "massaging" to fit right.
Recently, KubotaOrange76 identified an upgraded GPR that is the same size as the OEM GPR. It is the Trombetta 684-1241-212.
Thank you for the glow plug relay information I will check it out when I get home got under the truck looking for the leak turns out that my golden nugget is leaking with the Allen wrench to tighten it up tomorrow when I have more time I will take it apart and re-seal it properly
I think the one CNC Fabrication sells is a good one for cheap and sits like the stocker does. (Western Snowplow?)
The Stancor/White-Rodgers sits sideways and is a little awkward to get in there and hook up. I’d try the other one. Drop the negatives off the batteries of course.
edit: never mind, the one CNC sells is the Trombetta.
