Robot tests
What is going on with this site? All of a sudden I'm getting checked by some third-party web security checks when coming in to this site. Hell this time I had to pick out boats. This post is directed at the moderators. I'm not downloading this third-party app, I have plenty of good security. Whats up?

I've been getting it with it too. I've posted it in one of the sections at the top of the list. I can't link to other threads, post images, or do cross-thread items with getting this and then getting kicked out. It's ridiculous, and I'm about to go dark for a while until this gets sorted out. I don't need any more annoying crap going on.

I really enjoy this Forum and really don't want to give it up. Hell I actually pay to have some privileges to communicate with other people privately to help with different things. The part that pissed me off about there so called union with this third party app is there just making an aggravating me so I will get there app. My connection is just fine, my security is top notch. What I think it is is that FTE made a deal and want us to conform with said deal to build that so called security app. I'm not going to do it. If that means I have to leave the site, so be it. I will miss it, but I make my own choices, not the choices of a forum. Hell the way it's starting to work these days, is they'll throw me of for some concocted reason like I'm inciting bad language😀😀 or I hurt someone's feelings. ( did that yesterday) so we'll see.

Well let's look at it from the outside. My browser is Google Chrome. Now if they have to check that then, Damn. I still think FTE made a deal with some third party app and want us to conform to there deal. I've gotten invites to download there app to secure my connection. I know my connection is fine, and I think they do to. But that doesn't matter if they can sucker you into buying THERE security app.

I had to pick out bikes. Then it redirected me and blocked me saying I may have been trying to upload too large of files or so.ething. so I closed it and reopened no problem. Not a warm fuzzy feeling right now.

I'll go check the Site Nav that Jack pointed out - my thoughts are a number of forums are talking about getting hit with fake accounts that make fake posts. I've seen a few that are suspect: New user that doesn't seem to speak english well and has trouble with terminology - like just scrambled terms thrown together in sentences... Perhaps IB is pushing this out to combat this?

This is just happening on FTE (for me). Management is looking into it, form a thread up in Site Navigation. As of 1 minute ago: 5:09 PST it is still going on. I've cycled my computer as well and run Anti-Malware checks too...

On Edit... They now have stopped that trick from working, so I think I will go dark at this point...

They have on the Nav section. One comment, it's being looked at.
I've had too many forums get screwed up and then me replacing all my passwords or emails, I'm up to 6 different email accounts that I monitor because of this, only two currently active.
