Automatic column shifter boot?

Automatic column shifter boot?
The shifter/OD stalk boot on my 1999 SD has completely split and looks like hell. I can find the '03-up boot, but not the one I need. Anyone know if one is made, and where to get it? Hoping to get a new one and not a used one from eBay or the bone yard.

I don't have any of those trucks anymore, but I was pretty sure the '99-'07 boot was the same, or similar enough that the '03+ boot would still fit. I had a '99, an '03, and an '04 and I'm pretty sure they all had the same boot on the shifter, I think the only noticeable difference in the stalk was that the '03 and '04 had tow/haul instead of 'OD OFF' as the button function.

That's what I'm running into. $75 for the boot and stalk, or $60-$65 for just the boot. This is crazy!
