Cam shaft sprockets

Hello all I am trying to tighten/torque the Cam shaft sprockets on my rebuilt heads so I can install them I have a few question

1. What are the torque Specs for the sprockets bolt I have two different sizes sprocket bolts. So I am assumingI have an updated cam shaft on one of them.
Driver side bolt shaft is smaller than the passenger side bolt shaft so I am assuming since the bolt on the drivers side is a smaller diameter that the torque spec would be less than the passage side.

2. How would I hold the cam shaft so I can torque it or should I install the heads and timing chain then lock the crank bolt then torque

3, I have the Cam shaft holding tools to set the timing but it will not hold the cam from moving.

4. the only torque spec I can find is Camshaft sprocket bolts......................................82 to 95 but there are two size cam sprocket bolts

Specs: 97 f150 4.6l W code. Head casting #RF-F5AE

Go here and look it up for a 4.6 engine torque sheet:

Camshaft sprockets are all most to the bottom of the list if that was the other question and if not go here.
Go to youtube and look up how to do this as that would be easier than me walking you through this.

A few of us have different ways of doing this and some are not by Ford's book of the way of doing things if that helps.
Let's just say a VIC, towel, and vise-grips can be your best friend at times.

Go here and read this.
https://lib.americanmuscle.com/files...0100-30101.pdf
Then go here and down this list, it tells you how to do this for a cam. Mind you it is for a Mustang, but it is the same for what you want to do.

thanks this helps but I still have the issue/question about the two bolt sizes.

Should be a 12MM and a 10mm bolt if it is the newer type.
