Camber adjustment?

How do I adjust the camber for more possitive angle. I got to much negative camber angle which is leading to inside tire tread wear.
The guys at the Ford shop were supposed to have given me a proper alignment but they didn't. Went to rotate my tires(brand new) after 15k miles and noticed that the inside tread was worn smooth. Called them to inquire what they could do and they gave me the shaft. Said that cuz I didn't rotate every 5k miles that it was my fault. What a load of BS. All thats gonna do is mask the fact that there is an alignment problem. Brother in-laws Chevy is on 35k miles with no alignment and has no signs of unusual tire wear. I rotated the first set of tires on this truck at 5k miles and again at 15k miles and guess what, after 10k miles there was no probs. I am supposed to except the fact that 15k miles without an alignment will ruin my tires. BS, I hate it when people rip me off.
Any how, tires are toast now so i just want to do the camber adjustment and rotation for now. When I get the next set of new rubber I will have a pro do the alignment, not the Ford dealer guy.

Do you have TTB front end? There is a eccentric sleeve for the top ball joint that you will need to buy or may allready be there.

short and simple. . . I found a lose bold an the upper control arm. The tech didn't want to admit to the poor quality of his work so I had them perform the work under warranty. Thanks Ford Warranty, no charge to me. New tires, alignment and everything set to factorty rec. torque. Amen.
