Struts vs leaf spring

ok i was confused because i never saw the struts in the back and i assumed the struts were only used upfront and not with the leaf springs too

There are NO STRUTS on a Super Duty. Leaf spring on all 4 corners up to I think it was 2004. Then in 2005 they put coils springs in the front and left the leaf spring on the rear
This is with the 4 wheel drive models. The 2 wheel drive have had coils in front and leafs in the rear like “forever”.......ever since the “Twin I Beam” front suspension anyway.

ok i got a better link to the product i was referring to
I have a 2006 4x4 and i saw coil springs up front and leaf springs in the rear (i was calling the coil springs struts incorrectly)
So my question is , if you look at that link , why are they selling 4 coil springs for my vehicle when it only has 2 upfront? thanks a lot
