Front washer does not work

Front washer does not work
All wipers seem to be OK. Rear washing works but there is no fluid out from front nozzles.
I bought wiring manual for 2015/2017 but it is stuck in some USPS location . So far I checked two wires coming to the washer pump (the pump is tested OK). The BLUE/WHITE is ground connected by default but another one is not. I guess it comes out from the "rear" assembly and must have ground for frontal washing operation. When rear washing is activated that wire has +12V so the wringing itself may be good . I swapped "rear washer relay" #1 with "starter relay" #2: it did not help. The same for "fuse 46".
