1997 3.0 ranger
My speedometer isn't working my 4x4 isn't working and my wipers are not working no Dom light no cigarettes lighter. Have replaced GEM module all speedometer parts and all wiper parts someone please help

Have you checked the fuses in both fuse boxes?

You've been busy on this one & without any joy.. Good idea to have checked fuses as the guys suggested & to have swapped in known good power relays, so lets think about this some more. Did these problems come about suddenly after some event, or slowly over time???
Were all the things you replaced testing bad, or were you just tossing parts at the problem on a hunch??? If they haven't been tested, don't toss them out, you may have some spare parts,
Since the Cigar Lighter fuse has been tested as good & it powers the in cabin Data Link Connector (DLC), if you haven't already done so, use, borrow, or come by the inexpensive ELM scan tool as discussed here Low Cost ELM Scantool - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums (ford-trucks.com). & run FORScan diagnostic freeware on the viewing device of your choice, as that is a low cost but Powerful diagnostic combo that can query All of the vehicle computer / controllers, including the GEM controller, for which (B) body trouble code clues should be stored for the problems you've posted. Trouble codes can help focus a trouble shoot, so post All code Numbers. More thoughts for consideration, let us know what you find.
