How much bed rail clearance do you currently have? And how close to level does everything sit when you're hitched up with the jacks up?
If you're a little nose-low or level on the camper, I would raise the hitch a couple holes or lower the tongue a couple holes instead of lowering the truck - it's faster and much easier. Lowering the truck alone won't gain you any clearance anyway, you'll still need to adjust your hitch/tongue.
When I pulled a 35' Terry with my '03 F350, everything was set up properly so the trailer sat almost perfectly level...until I added an over-rail tool box to the front of the bed. Then, tight corners on non-flat terrain almost caused me to hit the toolbox once. When we got home, I raised the hitch to the top set of holes (a gain of about 2.5-3"). This alleviated my problem of almost hitting the toolbox, and the camper was not as level but to the eye it didn't look any different.
Since its 4wd you can remove the rear blocks between the spring and axle. You can also lookup spring height for front coils, some models 2wd front coils are 2inches shorter, or cut some of the coil off to lower front where you want.
