Heater issue ?
2020 f-250 Lariat 6.7....defrost works, warm air comes out of air condition vents...but no floor air any idea..figures now getting cold and I guess some type of door that directs the air not working..

Even if you manually control the HVAC you can't get air from the floor? If you manually select floor air, from what vents does the air flow? Make sure you are feeling all around for air on the floor. It might not be where you think it should be. You could be looking at a blend door issue. Do a search here to see if there is an HVAC reset/calibration procedure. Manufacturers usually have these, like "Hold the power button while pressing the fan up" or something like that to put it into a service mode.

Don't know what I did but I followed what both of you told me...hit some buttons in the Sync screen and I have HEAT...Thank You...Thank You..
Crazy how this stuff works, saved me a trip to the dealer !
