I am looking for a kind of a data sheet for a F350 FSD with a V8 7,3 liter diesel engine.

Congrats on your new wheels! One thing you can do is to convert the headlamps to ECE which makes it easier to do the type certification (that is if Austrian authorities require the ECE headlamps). Ford Australia used the headlamp bezel and capsule headlamps for its locally assembled F-Series.
