Looks like you will be busy for awhile. Are you using the bed that is in the background of you pic? That blue bumper you have is not often found around these parts. So, you use to have the older "wrong ", bed that went with the bumper you have on the truck?

Wrong bed frame, long bed came with truck. Just cut off the back part of the bed today. Getting it back on the rest of the best tomorrow. Planning for a crown vic swap soon. Seems some complete front ends in my area for $250-300.

Updated pics with chopped bed sitting on frame. Still needs to be bolted down, and rear of frame notched out so the bed sits level. But it's coming along and I'm digging the look. Got tail light lenses, bezels, seals, and hardware coming from LMC. Got some stock housings on the way from eBay. Wiring supplies on its way as well. Figured I'd rewire the entire truck eventually. Tail lights will be next, headlights are already rewired, and then the engine bay. Will likely do the dash area when I get things apart for paint later this year.

Got the truck with the long bed. I'll have to see how the bumper looks once I get the rear of the bed leveled. Looks like I'll have to shorten the brackets or relocate the mounting holes closer. Bumper is a good 6-7" away from the rear of the bed currently. I'll see how it looks. If not I'll sell the bumper and buy one that works, or trade.
