I haven't done this, but it looks like a good solution. My buddy just bought a 2021 and they forgot to click the upfitter button... So he's looking to get them installed as well.
If your truck has the harness in the A-pillar this is the harness that runs from the A-pillar up to the upfitter switches themselves. So you will have to purchase the upper console with the up fitter switches and then you will also need to purchase the harness and relay box that goes under the hood. You should have a plug under the hood to plug the relay box into since you have the wires in the A-pillar.
Hope that helps. I plan to add these to my truck and mine has the harness in the A-pillar as well. I just have a hard time spending the money on the upper console with switches as it is over $500.

Hello to everyone, I am new to the forum. But I wanted to thank everyone on this thread for their feedback on the Upfitter Switch installation issue. I ordered a 2020 Ford F250 Super Duty King Ranch in 2019 and the Upfitter switch option was on the list. Somewhere along the line the Dealer removed it or omitted it. Bottom line when it arrived it was not installed. I was tempted to reject the delivery, but my anxiety got the best of me. The Dealer promised to have it installed after the sale. After about a year back and forth, and even involving Ford Motor Company executives, I was essentially told to "pound sand" I went to 5 dealers after that and they were of no help. Somewhere along the line I came across this thread. I was initially suspicious about the part number (name "wiring assembly" vs. relay assembly"), however I went an ordered the part. The original dealer did install the switches themselves, but obviouly could not find a part number for the relay assembly. Bottom line, it is installed and working properly. Seems the only thing missing was the relay assembly, the wiring harnes was already there. A special thanks to JB3451, ZEOROECOOL, and SPAGENT for their excellent input. If anyone is in need for the wiring assembly #LC3Z-15A404-C, I have an extra (paid $49 will let go for $20 plus shipping). Thanks again everyone for an excellent posting.

Is this the one that goes from overhead console to the apillar ?
Interesting. Certainly cheaper and easier than trying to install the OEM version. Only issue might be installing the switch panel so it looks like a OEM install.
