You have a Canadian truck. You will need to find a Master parts catalog that includes Ford of Canada models.
This is a sample of the '57-'63 catalog. I think the tag you picture is a '50s format, if not a Canada only format. I can't read the tags to the right.
It does tell you F500 and gives you the axle ratio, but beyond that and anything else you already figured out, no help from me.

There are others around who may have better take on your tags. Can you take a couple more pictures, closer in with all the fields clear? Include all those tags for best results.
