My wonderful wife got me a 42in led bar for Christmas. My question how cold is to cold to take the grill off and risk the plastic breaking. I am mounting it in the bottom of grill but don’t want to break anything because of the cold in Michigan. Any tips would be awesome.
I try not to play with plastic stuff if it is below 50°F. There's no magic number, but I don't want to be trying to JB Weld it back together if it's colder than that.

No truer words have been spoken. I would dare do 40 degrees. Everything has tabs nowadays they are not flexible either. Being a remodeler and having done vinyl siding many times, cold absolutely is a factor regarding flexibility. Your smart thinking about it. Salamander heater blowing on it would do both of you a world of good.
"Senix" has a good thought too, kick the wifes car out and put the nose in
