Problems starting up

It isn't a huge problem, just something that has progressed since I bought the truck. Now when I go to start up the truck I have to pump the gas a couple of times. Originaly it would start right up. Also I have to rev the engine a bit to get it going, other wise it stalls. thanks -myers

PS once I get a new gas tank installed well see what that does.

Sounds like the choke isn't closing properly or it is closing to tight. I would start there first.

Or you picked up a little dirt on the idle mix... if the choke isn't it open the screws a bit and see if it clears up.
