Rebuilt C6 - no PARK

Rebuilt C6 - no PARK
I've got a rebuilt (by myself) C6 I just installed, only to realize I have no PARK. I disconnected the shift linkage and can force the lever on the side of the transmission far enough to just barely feel it engage the pawl, but it won't fully engage or stay there.
It seems I missed something...

Well, it looks like I drain the transfer case and remove that and the extension housing tomorrow. I should be able to fix whatever is amiss at that point with the transmission still installed.
