Heated seats not working

Both my seats are not heating, yet the lights come on and you can hear it on underneath the seat. I believe it has gotten louder though last few days. Not sure what is going on. TIA

Need to tell people what you're working on, year, model, trim level etc. The more info you provide will help narrow down the cause of the concern.

Here is a video of what the problem "possibly could be"
The connector pins overheat and melt, I believe I am intermittently experiencing this problem on my 2011 F150 lariat 5.0.
