5K4 interior trim code

I’ve attempted to decipher the 5K4 interior trim code on the 1996 F350 with not much luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Randy. Curiously, the code lists this as a "styleside pickup" which technically could apply but in reality its a crew cab. Now that I have the color down, I can continue my search for a 40/20/40 front seat in the correct color.
