I dropped my exhaust today as I needed new mufflers. I figured I'd clean up the exhaust manifolds at the same time. When I took them off I discovered a crack in one yet a few spots that had already been repaired. Both have a flange ear broke off and was held together by a blob of JB weld and pinched together with a bolt. Don't think they are work fixing at this point but I just bought a Mustang and my budget is tight. I found some headers on line but it say " May not fit your 1964 F350" any one know what headers will fit or where to find a set of affordable header or exhaust manifolds. I had no cross pipe and it was already set up as duel exhaust.
Don't know why they wouldn't fit an F 350, have you got the T98 trans and Z bar that goes from the top of the frame to the engine or is your clutch hydraulic. But have you thought about Rams horns?
Where are you in Ca? I have a pair I took off of my 64 with 292 that you can have if you pick them up. I have Ram Horns on now.

I did look have at the ram horns but they are 730 with shipping and taxes, plus whatever the import charges are. As for transmission I have a 4 speed T98 I believe but I did not see a Zbar I see lots of clearance with the drivers side have a little less room with the steering column. I have attached images of both looking up thru and down thru where the original exhaust was. The drives side did go to the from of the engine but I'm sure it was due to the flange being on the front less than clearance. I have included the data plates, unfortunately they have been painted over.
