Went ahead and ordered the Craftec, cover is coming today. Will have to drill 4 holes in nonvisible spots. Will be about $700cdn to my door, I have paid more for the tonneaus on my daily drivers. Got the black because as they say it goes with everything.
When I get it installed there will be pics.
Sorry John, I have not. I have been working on getting the truck started (done) and now am onto electrical gremlins. Hopefully sometime this month for the tonneau. Box is sitting right behind me in the office.
I wonder where the water goes in that pool though..
driving it will blow off the back, sitting still it is sloped towards the cab. I have drain holes in each corner underneath the crossbar on the front of the bed.
Hey
Rob, thanks for the pics. How would you rate install... easy, difficult ?? and did you do it by yourself ??? I dropped the hammer today on the sand colored one... wanted it brought to the show in May but they are backordered and might not make the Mid 50 truck that's coming... but they did ship it for free when it comes in...; thanks for all the info

Install is not bad at all, did it by myself. The wire guide pin .... make sure nylon washer is not IN track but on top of it... took me an hour to get them out without dismantling the whole thing, I also located the side and front support rails in the box with the screws first (and test fit the cover and locking mechanism with release cable) before I peeled the self stick pads cover, you won't be able to move it if you screw up. When I was happy the lid closed and locked then I undid the screws just enough to be able to move rails away from the box and peeled one corner followed by the whole length of the rail and press into place then tighten screws.
In this pic you can see the wires going to the side of the tonneau and they slide around the white nylon washer then attach to the lock mechanism. Make sure these are showing like in the picture before you insert corner pieces and tonneau top.
