Air filter lid Clips difficult?
How are your air filter lid clips to snap on?? Changed my trucks air filter for 2nd time today and the front clips are easy but those back ones are really difficult to snap in ! Especially the one on the rear cab side !! I made sure it was seated correctly but man it was a chore. Anyone else experience this? Maybe it was just the cold lid on a cold engine. Thanks!

I did go back out when the weather warmed up into the 70s from the 40s and just snapped that one snap off and back on and it was pretty darn easy. I bet some of it was just the cold hard plastic. Lol

All the clips should have the exact same force required to easily move them into locked position. If the rear clips require more force then the lid is not properly aligned to the box. Just went through all of this on my 2019 and know the exact experience you are having.
