Pricing 2021?

Hi all, new to site, thank you in advance for any replies. I’m about to order a F250 lariat diesel black appearance package. I’m very excited but new to the super duty and will begin reading some threads. I’m curious what kind of pricing are you getting on your order, cause is super high with dealer inventory here in Ca. Anyone here have a dealer willing to negotiate in the SoCal area. I’m willing to travel out of state, but prefer to stay somewhat local.

thx again

Supply is super low and demand is above normal... Not the best combination.... I had two offers one only 3% under MSRP and another at invoice.

First arrived yesterday and I’ll be picking up, second won’t be build until February and delivered sometime in March. So you may find a dealer willing to go invoice maybe even lower, but expect a long wait. If it’s on the lot don’t expect a lot of negotiation, the dealers have plenty of customers, but not enough trucks.

Good Luck!

Superduty sales are up 15% according to local dealer here on east coast and very limited inventory.
Not a big fan of price gouging due to demand and had no problem expressing that to dealer.

Left the dealership with an ordered F250 at 1K under invoice and free bed mat.

If they can do that here, they can do that there.

I have a great guy in TX. Saved me a bunch of money on my ordered f350 platinum. We’re not allowed to post dealers on here so turn on your PM’s so I can send you his info. I shipped my truck to AZ.

Pricing varies not only by geographical location, but by dealer as well. One dealer here wanted to sell me the truck I wanted to order at MSRP. The dealer I ordered from (that I've used in the past) quoted me less than invoice. These dealers are less than 30 miles apart.

I was able to get about 8% off MSRP by going outside of CA, ended up being close to $1500 under invoice. None of the dealers in northern California would go more than $500 below MSRP, and most wanted MSRP. A lot of dealers in Oregon and Idaho offered invoice but wouldn't budge any further. I ordered a $53k XLT though, not sure if that affects the discount.

It's been a couple years, but I paid $1500 under invoice on my special order from Kearny Mesa Ford in San Diego. That deal require no negotiating. I asked that their first price be their best price. That was their offer, and I accepted immediately. The truck was ordered the next day. Might all be different at this point.
