So Im putting in new injector cups because of diesel coolant, but none of cups are cracked thinking must be head or heads. There is a lip in the head at 12:00 under the cup couldnt see before pulling the cups out. It's in all 8 cyl injector bores. Looks kinda to me like over torqued head bolts and head crushed.
Anybody else put in cups and seen the lip I'm seeing?
PS didnt have diesel in coolant with fuel pressure in the 40s it only started after bumped to 60s psi and put on 6.4 banjo's at the same time
PPS Fredom racing cup tool is EXCELLANT new ford cups and injector orings come with it and was super easy. helpful hint drop a dime into cup before cutting threads keeps any shavings out cyl.
