I had a new Reductant heater installed now they say I need a 4000.0 dollar part in exhaust replaced
Anyone tell me the part name? I know it has to do with regen but isn't it kinda extreme to replace the whole thing?

This is the test routine for the P207F. It mentions DEF (Reductant) quality. I would try draining the DEF tank via siphoning and refill with fresh DEF. Clear codes and see if the P207F returns.
Thanks , I appreciate the info. It is at a dealer and they replaced the tank also so DEF should be good.
Not looking forward to spending 4grand on top of the 2 grand it already cost me.
