Brake issue
This is the culprit for sure.......Id also do the other hose on the other side too as its gonna happen to that side aswell.............
Another thing I would say when you do the hoses is pop the caliper pins pull the calipers off then take a wirewheel on a drill and clean out the rust and crud out from the creases out aswell as the faces where they slide together and put some copper based anti-seize or some wheel bearing grease then reinstall ..
Id also take the opportunity to pull the rotors off to clean out the bearings and races to inspect them for excess wear and replace if needed then regrease the wheel bearings and reset preload.
It will all make a pretty big and better world of difference especially if he takes the extra time to regrease the whole frontend too......
I have a ford dealership 4 miles down the road and always get my oil changed there. They grease the fittings with the oil change and seem to do a good job. Had my oil changed a few months back.
Thanks to everyone for the help. Looking to do the job over the weekend.
I will post back hopefully if good new.
Mostly an easy job except for the brake hose to hard line connection. The bulkhead made it very hard to reach around and access the hard line.
Thanks to everyone. Have a great Christmas and New Year.
