Hell I down graded. I lived in the Virgin Islands 14 years before I came home. Now that's wear we all should be at our age.
On your truck, I think your on the Wright track.
Look at putting new harnesses on in spring.

Now that's the place to be! I'm still fairly young at only 25, so saying as I get older is probably pushing it a bit... I want to move out of my current city. Wages are too low, jobs are impossible to find and living costs are through the roof. And then I own a 6.0
I definitely have that on my list of things to do. Both harnesses are leaking small amounts of oil, not enough to drip but enough that the whole harness on each side along the heads is "wet".
I'll see how it goes tomorrow and then wednesday leave it unplugged and see. Both days I'll watch the FCIM voltage as I'm cranking. I think the ficm would be my next step and like Jack said even if it's 48.5v the logic side could be bad on cold starts. Kinda sucks this is my only vehicle so to send it away to be analyzed/repaired would leave me stranded without a vehicle.
Well on your truck, like I said your on the Wright track. On the other, bust a move. Your young enough, give it some thought. ... Then go. There's a whole country to choose from. Never mind parts of the world.
