Why do you think that this post needs to be deleted? I am curious as to what you feel is wrong with the original post or the replies that are within it.
No worries, thank you for clarifying. I did see what you wrote earlier and agree with your stance though. By the way your truck looks good with that stance.
Hello all, have a question for those that have done the crown vic front end swap on the 73-79 trucks. I am thinking about doing this swap but my hang up is finding engine stands that will work with the 300 Inline 6. I have contacted Jake Winterton already from Outkast Autowerks about making them. He said that he may in the future, but not doing it just yet. I would assume because there isnt too many people that are keeping the 300 after doing this swap. However, I love this engine and already have somethings lined up for it to give the engine some more get up and go. So question is, for those that have done the swap and kept the Inline 6, what did you do about mounting the engine? Greatly appreciate any information that is given.
Spoiler
I've done a ton of research and can't find any motor mounts for the 240 I6 to be used on the Crown Vic subframe F100 swap.
I see no one has posted any of your requested images of this situation.
I was wondering if you resolved the issue or not. I'm in the same boat.
I just want to put the 6-cylinder in there for now until I can come up with something different.
