PTO relay wiring/bump stop modification

2 separate questions but figured one thread is easier. Wiring in air compressor and getting truck ready for air suspension. Truck is 2021 F450 cab and chassis.

On the pto relay there are 2 wires but cant see a ford description of how circuit works. The pto output I was going to run to the compressor, however there is a pto control bu/gym colored wired. I assume this will turn on the relay and was going to wire to pressure switch. Does anyone know if this should go to ground or to power to turn on relay?

2nd question, looking at making my own front air ride coil replacement, wanted to verify on the front bump stops, do you grab little plate on top and screw them off or the rubber?
