Radio Controls Not working
I have 2003 Ford Excursion Limited V10.... I just purchased it, the steering control for the radio does not work. Radio, itself works fine. Also, the steering control to the heater works fine. Any thoughts what it could be?

If it is the OEM radio, your clockspring could be faulty. If it is an aftermarket radio you may need the adapter to make the steering wheel controls work with the radio. Perhaps whoever swapped the radio didn't want to spend the money or was unaware it was needed. I had to purchase the adapter when I upgraded the radio in my 2005.
