I see you have a lift, I was not that lucky when I did mine.
I picked up my 81 F100 flare side beginning of Dec 2015
and this is what it looked like Dec 24 2015 and I had family at the house LOL
Took 4 years, Nov 9 2019 I had it on the road for the company 60 years car show.
Built as a driver and take the weekly trash to the dump.
So I know what you are going through with yours.
You get to the point "how the he11 am I going to put this all back together again" yet?
How are the floors, rockers, cab corners? I had to replace all mine.

no way. I really don't know what I'm doing. But I'm gonna do it anyway. Need floor panels, and cab mounts. 3 year's
Yep been there done that mostly LOL
The only thing I did not do was rebuild the motor (re-gasket only), rear axle or the T18 trans, later found out it needed it so swapped in a used NP435 and a Advance Adaptor Range Splitter over drive unit.
I picked up a parts truck and used most of it. Grafted the AC firewall to my truck for AC, all wiring and everything from inside the cab.
Added the rear tank so I have dual tanks, not an option for flare sides using factory parts from the parts truck.
I even used the style side long bed ribbed floor to replace the wood floor, no $$ for the parts needed to go back with wood.
