Just went to fill the boiler with water and found water on the floor near my water heater..
Looks like I need a new one...

A neighbor of mine had his water heater replaced a couple of weeks ago and said it cost him $800. Glad that I can still do my own.

I can do my own too, but not sure what's available in stores now with Covid..
They just carry Rheem and AO Smith in Home Depot and Lowes
