I have no issues with my 305/70-18 Cooper STT Pros. They are a 35.08 inch. You will unanimously get the same answer on here that 35’s fit with no lift or level. I had mine on before I leveled it as well with no rub.
I just put a Toyo Open Country Rt 37x12.50x18 on my 19 with a 2.5 inch Ready Lift level on the front. Has a slight rub when the wheel is turned as sharp as it can be turned.

I'm guessing you ordered tires already, but I just put on some 285/75R18 Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLTs on my stock height truck yesterday. Those are just shy of a 35 and I think they look good in person.
