Progress on Old Blue...

Seven years ago this month the project began, its been a long road and I’m not complete yet but thanks to many of you within these forums I have finally put it back together after a complete off the frame restoration with many modifications along the way.

I picked it up from the AC shop on Wednesday and spent the Thanksgiving break putting the bed on and getting it road worthy again. Wheels and tires are next then the interior will follow.

I can’t thank everyone enough for answering all my questions along the way and all the advice that’s been provided has been priceless.

Looks nice, you did a nice job picking the colors, your blue is very close of the blue I picked out for my two tone.

Your truck looks great! And all that water coming out the tailpipe is a good sign.

Thank you all for the kind words and the tons of help along the way...... if the weather holds today I may be heading out to get the new tires and wheels, it’s getting much closer to being finished up, but realistically speaking there’s probably always gonna be something new to add on around the corner.

I want to get the backspacing correct on the front and possibly get rid of the spacers on the rear, I am hoping to find a polished aluminum set that I like.

The ones on it now came off a GT mustang, I will unload them after I get the new ones.

Did you change out the front and rear end? I'm asking because of the lug pattern.
