2-Tone Paint
Should the white used to 2-tone trucks in 1966 extend above the windshield? (Between the windshield and the drip rail?) Does this area show when the windshield is installed or should it be the main body color?

He's right, the small strip between the drip rail and the weatherstrip gets painted the same as the roof. The roof color stops at the seam at either top corner of the windshield. The A-pillar is white, to match the top half of the door.
