Brakes
If vacuum booster, I would start by checking the vacuum pump with a vacuum gauge for different petal application pressures. If low vacuum, have you noticed any other items that are operated off the vacuum having issues. I would also check to see if the brake pedal eases to the floor when the truck is parked with the engine is running and light to moderate pressure on the brake pedal.
If hydro brakes, I would start by check the power steering fluid level and hoses for leaks. With this type of brake booster, would check to see if any problems are noticed with the power steering effort, etc. I would also check the brake pedal action here as above with the vacuum booster and the pedal going to the floor.
