Good deal?
Opportunity to buy a 2016 F-250 diesel, XLT, 165000 miles for $19850. Kelly Blue Book puts mid retail about $10K more. This price is even way below the Private Owner range. This is from a used truck lot which mainly sells much larger trucks. They have very few pickups. This is the 6.7L diesel a 2016 for $20K. I am stoked. I am going down tomorrow to look at it and in lue of any surprises will buy it.. Just wanted to run this by you before I leave tomorrow.

Drive the snot out of it. Check for carfax (such as it is). Try to figure out if it's a "flooded" rebuild, or if it's been wrecked.
