Which PCV do I need?
Today I realized I have never changed the PCV valve on my 2003 E150 with the 4.6L which is at nearly 192k miles.
Rockauto and Amazon list 2 for this van: EV258 for a "heated PCV" or EV253 for "non heated"
The price difference is less than $1 and they look very similar, how do I know what I need?

You need the UNHEATED version----I don't believe the E-Series ever had the heated one!
If you buy these from the dealer for about $20 they come with the new insulated tube too. If its been that long since your PCV has been checked or replaced order the throttle body elbow connector too---those have been known to split open and cause all sorts of problems.

Thanks for the reply JWA, I didn't think it was heated either.
Now the plot thickens, I got a Motorcraft EV-253 before I had a chance to look but it looks nothing like what's on my van.
The valve from the passenger side valve cover to the throttle body has Motorcraft EV-233 stamped on it. Strange since 3 different sites don't list that for my van.
The valve did rattle so I think it's good but I'll be looking for a new one still.
