My mom always holds on the the bar on the passenger side. I never use mine on the drivers side. If I'm bored sitting in traffic, I'll use it to give my arm a stretch. Other than that I'm getting rid of the one on the drivers side, and putting gauges in it's place
The extra handels in the back come in real handy. I didn't have them in the back of my old super cab.

My friend used the ones in the back of his Subaru wagon to hang clothes after a laundromat run.

well I use mine... just a regular 150 4x4, but no running boards, and step in is a little high, and I don't like pulling on the steering wheel. So I just grab the handle and I can step right in.
