its not too bad, u can get to front bolts thru inner fender with extensions and swivel. I use ratchet strap and rubber mallet to coax it back together.
I did mine w/o removing the front header, greased everything up good & pried against the exhaust manifold to get tube back into the front header. Went together nice
Just wondering what this would costs at a shop ? ? ? Although I'll do mine tomorrow here at the house.... just like to tell the spouse... Hey I saved $400 today !! That way she won't scream when I buy a new toy !!
Where I live the labor rate is $130/hr, you can figure book time is probably 3 hrs plus, mark up on parts and you can bet it would be every bit of $450-500 here.

And when they muck up the job you'll still have to fix it one way or another.

Yep, I've come to the conclusion that in a lot of cases I can do a job better (but considerably slower) than the $130 an hour "techs") !
If I screw it up - nobody to blame but myself!!
Is there an external leak on the cooler? I haven't done this repair yet but have heard that is a common symptom. So it can leak internally as well then without an external drip?
if you wanna make it easier, get some long bolts (i think they're m8), cut the head off, and use them as studs to align everything, remove a stud, insert a bolt. I found it was a huge pain in the *** holding the cooler with one hand, getting a bolt started while having the gasket aligned.
Nobody's brought it up, but it's relevant, Oil in the coolant also points to injector cups/rings sometimes, just sayin........when was the last time you looked at those?

This is a bad plan. You need to replace the gasket anyway and by not unbolting this, you are risking breaking the front cover and having to remove the engine. Besides, what an unnecessary PITA....

FUEL in coolant is a symptom of failed injector cups. No way cups can let oil in coolant.
