I have a stock 2001 with 220000 on the clock.
Is it possible for the bottom of the injector cup to leak into the cylinder, causing it to fill with antifreeze? The top of the cups are not leaking when doing a pressurized test on the system, can the bottom be leaking and we just cant see it?
Or can it be a head gasket or cavitation of the cylinder wall?
Probably not related but just in case I had all my coolant end up in my diesel fuel tank. Ended up being a cracked head. :0( . All better now but what a process to figure it out. Good Luck!

Are there any other symptoms associated with this issue? Slight miss or white smoke out the exhaust?
Truck was just sitting in garage when this issue came up, was rebuilding turbo ot the time, when i noticed my coolant disappearing from the reservoir. Pulled glows and injectors, #2 fills up when pressurized, but cant tell where its leaking from
