1989 - 351 crate engine EFI

Would like plan on putting this crate engine into my F350, but my biggest concern is will it work with the current EFI on the truck? (pic of engine below)

You'd need an aftermarket efi system. Closest thing to a bolt in is PimpX. Beyond that there's fitech, holley has several options. Or convert it to carb.

I think I've seen the edlebrock one. It's kind of like a carb but shoots the gas in with a cpu management right?

Short answer is no.

I think they are over selling this one, not sure how they think those cylinder heads will make 300hp... unless they are ported. It's got too much cam for an SD truck anyway.
