I have a 2020 XLT that had the factory center console. I did the unthinkable and switched someone because I prefer the seat. When I did that it rendered my usb useless because I missed the plug on the usb which i am assuming came from the center console. Can anyone help me figure out how to get this working again? I read through console swap but everyone went the opposite from what I didn’t and I can’t find any information on it. Any help would be appreciated. Here are the photos I have.
You're missing power to the media hub and maybe the USB cable isn't plugged in the correct spot (I'm not sure where the USB cable is going). The last picture is potentially the right one that connected to your console, if so here is the pin out (although probably not useful):
Here is the pin out for the actual power needs that you're missing:
1 LME89 (YE-BU) 22 CTRL MOD. - MEDIA CONNECTIVITY POWER
2 * * Not Used
3 VLN04 (VT-GY) 22 CTRL MOD. - IP/SWITCH ILLUMINATION
4 RME89 (WH-BU) 22 CTRL MOD. - MEDIA CONNECTIVITY GROUND
4dtech has a harness you can buy that powers from the factory radio, not sure if links work, but search for "4'' TO 8'' PNP USB HUB POWER HARNESS FOR SYNC 3" that has the power adapter for the media hub. Probably cheaper ways to get power to the hub.

Hi there. I’m doing this exact same thing to my 2020. What did you end up doing? Also, what did you use for the cigarette plug in the center piece next to the media hub? I was thinking I would just re-do my center console harness but wasn’t sure if the cigarette plug and media hub gets power from the white connector you show or if it gets it from the black connector by the seat belt module that is exposed once you remove the console.
Also. What did you do with the HVAC tube that is sticking out the bottom?
