Took my 19 to get the oil changed when I was outta town working and today I was puttin headlight bulbs in and noticed the dipstick tube was cracked. Ford dealer done the service but I’m not taking it back to that dealer to get it fixed. My question is will my local dealer fix it?

I am sure there are good techs at dealerships, but seems like there are fair number of techs that can't do the simplest service without messing up. I also try not to bring the truck back for any service, been burned to many times. I feel I am better off spending my money to get things fixed then even trying to go though the dealer for warranty work.

They aint trained in any way just some Joe blow off the street that washes cars and does service jobs the main reason I do it myself cause I know it gets done right.
Yep I see it.
I actually pulled a dipstick tube on an older Dodge Ram and modified it then replaced, it was a straight forward job.
Why did I do it ?
The dipstick was so long it was like pulling a well pump just to check the oil.
In that pic you provided, looks as though someone tried to bend it out of the way.
Just knowing it's cracked on a brand new truck warrants a fix but it's likely not urgent if no oil is spewing out.
