No fuel pump power

No fuel pump power
2001 excursion 7.3 no power to fuel pump. I have power all the way in and out of inertia switch but no power at fuel pump and it is my understanding is the inertia switch is the last place that power could be cut to the pump other than a bad wire. Is this a correct diagnosis? And where should I go from here?
