Rim size

A friend has 4 bullet hole rims that came off a Dodge Ram. I have a Ford Ranger and was wondering if they would fit? They are both 5 lug.

They should fit...
should both be 41/2" on 5

doggy full-sizes use a 5 on 4.5?!! that's pathetic. . .
