Weird vibrations

Truck will all of a sudden start a vibration out of nowhere..regardless of what gear it is in..(5 spd tourqueshift)..but i will hit a bump in the road then it stops until the next bump..i feel it in the driveline but does not appear to be a trans issue..stops when i stop completely..my center drifeshaft support bearing has 1/8 -1/4 in play in rubber grommet around bearing..u joints seem fine🤔🤔..has anyone had a similar exp? I will prob change out support bearing since they are reasonably priced..any other suggestions?? 03 f350 4x4 with 143,000 miles

A vibration can occur under load from a misfire caused by a faulty injector or wiring chafe for examples.
Did you check for codes using Forscan or a quality scanner?

Have you already jacked up the front axle and tried very hard to tilt the wheels along the vertical axis?
